The Problem

The University’s Employee Wellness Program did not have a core set of metrics to align the efforts across multiple departments.

The Solution

A new centralized dashboard was launched. It introduced a new metric called Program Engagement, gave 24 relevant dimensions of reporting and allowed time period comparison with ad hoc filtering.
